7. I ordered the Man Utd lunch bag on 20th December for my Godson. I received it before Christmas so was impressed. Unfortunately the zip broke about a month later. I had no problems at all getting a replacement, it only took one email which I had a reply to the same evening, and I received the bag 1 day later. What excellent service!
